  1. How to choose the correct size? 

We make our models for a loose fit and that is why you may need a size bigger or smaller than the one you usually wear. The measurements you see in our size guide are the measurements of the body, not the garment. You have to choose a size true to your body measurements.

We make our models for a height of 170 cm. We also offer customizations in size and length, if needed. We do not charge extra for that, but you should know that custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. I do not find my size, can you custom make the item for me?

We can custom make an item by the client’s requests. In such cases, the client has to provide detailed and correct information and measurements about the products.

Custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How do I place an order?

The chosen items must be added to the shoppers card:


Once there, the customer has to enter the shopping card, fill the required information and check out.

4. Can I pay on delivery?

Cash on Delivery payment option is available across these countries:

Italy, Greece, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland.

5. How can I pay?

The methods of payment are via a Credit Card or PayPal. More information about payment methods you can find HERE. 

6. How can I use a coupon code?

When filling the needed information upon ordering, the customer will see a free space to enter the coupon code on the right corner of the monitor (when ordering via laptop, computer, etc.) The client has to write the correct coupon code on the space and click apply so the system can read the code.

NOTE! When we are having a sale no coupons can be applied.


7. How much does the shipping cost and how much does it take?

The price for shipping varies depending on the destination of the recipient and the number of purchased products. 8. Will you notify me when my order is sent?

We send confirmation for the shipping of each order and a tracking number which can be checked at any time.

9. Can I exchange or return an item?

You can return or exchange any item, except custom ones, within 30 days of receiving your original order. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to give you instructions how to return or exchange the items. Please note that after that period of time exchanges or returns will not be possible.  More information about returns you can find HERE
