We will gladly accept returns or exchanges as long as the items are not marked as Final Sale, Custom made and are unworn and unwashed. You may return or exchange an order within 30 days of delivery, after that period exchanges or returns will not be possible.
MADE TO ORDER
We accept cancelations. You can cancel a purchase whenever the status of the order allows it. Once the order is shipped, a cancellation won't be possible. As our models are made to order we will greately appreciate if you contact us as soon as possible after you placed the order.
shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. EU return fee is $10. For UK and all the countries out of EU the fee starts from $20 and depends on the amount of the items you want to return. Please note that we don't offer return labels for some countries in EU.

Before sending the item or items back, make sure that they are unworn, unwashed, with zero damage, have no pet hair, makeup or food stains, and have all tags on them. Please note that if any of those requirements is missing, no exchange or refund will be proceeded. If we receive the items in a bad condition, we may charge you for dry cleaning service that starts from $10.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We are happy to offer you an exchange for a different size of the piece or for a new item from our store. In this case you will receive a 15% of the value of the returned item as a store credit for your next purchase. We will also cover the shipping costs when sending the order of exchange.
We offer return label for most countries. If your country is not in the list, we will contact you and we will provide full instructions and return address and we will assist you with the return process.
