Payment Methods

PayPal

PayPal is a secure method you can use to make a payment online. You only need your email address and password to make a payment. If for any reason the payment has been declined, an immediate message will be displayed on the PayPal payment page to indicate this. If there are any queries you may need to contact PayPal for further assistance.

 

Credit Card

Using a credit card as a method of payment is very fast and safe as well. All you need to do is fill the needed requirements when ordering. We use two card payment providers- 2checkout and Paylike.

If there is a problem, please check if you have the needed amount for the payment. If any other problems accure, please contact your bank for further assistance.

 

Cash-on-delivery

It’s a risk-free payment method where you only pay upon receiving your goods. Metamorphoza shop provides you the option to pay Cash on Delivery across these countries:

Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Greece, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland.

Cash on Delivery can be used as payment method only for orders shipped to the above destinations! We charge a fee for orders placed using Cash on Delivery- 2% of the order amount.

Please note that Cash on Delivery payment is available only with standard shipping option! We cannot offer Cash on Delivery payment if you need express shipping.

Orders paid using Cash on Delivery will be billed in U.S. dollars but may only be paid in the local currency of the destination country at the current exchange rate.

Items shipped and paid for by Cash on Delivery can be replaced and may be eligible to be returned for a refund. All refunds in respect of items purchased using Cash on Delivery will be issued in U.S. dollars of the U.S. dollar amount on your order confirmation.

This is how it works:

  1. Select the items that you want to order and add them in the cart.
  2. Fill carefully your delivery information and be sure that there isn't missing or invalid information which will reflect on the delivery. 
  3. On the next step select "Standard delivery" option.
  4. After you select the standard delivery, choose "Cash on Delivery" on the payment step.
  5. Complete your order.

Please NOTE that Cash on delivery payment option cannot be used on custom orders! All customized purchased need to be pay in full in our shop!

 

Splitit- pay on instalments

Splitit allows you to pay for your purchase over time before accruing any interest.

 1. Choose Splitit at checkout - always 0% interest.
 2. Select the number of payments

You choose the number of monthly payments that suit you and your budget.

 3. Enter your credit card details

Pay right on your credit card. No applications or credit checks needed.

Please NOTE that no matter what currency you choose to view the items in on our site, the total at checkout will be in US dollars as this is our official shop currency!

This is how it works:

4. After you select the delivery option, choose the payment payment method.

5. Complete your order. 

We offer standard and express delivery.

We offer payment via PayPal, Credit Card, Cash-on-delivery and Splitit-pay on instalments.

Everything you see in our online store is entirely handmade which means that it requires a certain amount of time to get ready as we rarely have items in stock and available for immediate shipping. We need 1-2 weeks for production. You will be able to track the shipment with the tracking information we will provide once the package is shipped.

In case you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for everything EXCEPT:

- custom made items due to their one of a kind character;

- face masks due to hygienic reasons;

You may return or exchange an order within 30 days of delivery. You also need to contact us within 30 days of delivery, after that period exchanges or returns will not be possible.

We offer two return options:

1) We offer an arranged return shipping for some destinations in Europe. We can send a courier who will pick up the package from your home or office and deliver it to us. We recommend this option because it is safe and fast. The price depends on how many items you need to return, their weight and the area from which you are sending the items back.

2) You can also manage the return yourself by choosing a courier and arranging everything alone. If you prefer this option, please read more at CLICK HERE.

We're very sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective. You can make a claim for the item by contacting us at metamorphozaoffice@gmail.com.

If you are requesting a refund, note that it will be done within 20 business days after the arrival of the package. The refund will be done based on the payment method, used for placing the original order. If you used PayPal, the amount will be received there; if you used a credit card, you will receive the funds on your bank account.
