WHOLESALE POLICIES

The minimum quantity we demand per order is 20 pieces. Those 20 pieces can be anything you need - clothes, shoes, accessories. In addition, you can choose any size you want; we do not demand that lines (S, M, L) need to be ordered. The wholesale discount for the clothing items is 50% and for the bags, shoes and accessories - 40%. Please note those are the discount on the original prices, not the sale prices. Sometimes, like now, we have different events but those events are not to be interfered with by a wholesale order.

What we also offer our wholesale customers so that they can be one step ahead is to make the items in different colors, sizes (we also offer plus sizes if needed) or make little changes as different lengths, add or remove sleeves, etc.

We are located in Sofia (Bulgaria) where we produce everything. Every order is shipped from our office. More about the production process and who makes our creations you can see here


We work with 100% of the payment made before the order is started. You can pay directly on our site with promo code or you can pay with bank transfer. This is a decision of the clients.


If you decide to pay directly on the site, in this case the shipping cost is automatically calculated in the checkout step. Usually for the wholesale orders we give better shipping cost, different from the shipping rate in the site. But of course you are free to choose which payment method is best for you.

Please note we handmade everything in our shop so we will need a certain time to make the items. Of course, we know that our clients want to have their goods as soon as possible and this is why we always try to work as fast as we can so the wait is minimal!

We offer shipping with DHL. It is the fastest and safest way. We are happy to say we have a great contract with DHL and have negotiated as low prices as possible for our clients. The shipping charges quoted in your order are based on the total weight of the products chosen.
All of our Items are under trademark protection and must display with our brand name. Under no circumstances may you sell Metamorphoza products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.

Returns/Exchanges: ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced after the damaged merchandise has been returned to us. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced.

This is how it works:

1. Select the items that you want to order and add them in the cart.

2. Fill carefully your delivery information and be sure that there isn't missing or invalid information which will reflect on the delivery. 

3. On the next step select delivery option you want.

4. After you select the delivery option, choose the payment payment method.

5. Complete your order. 

We offer standard and express delivery.

We offer payment via PayPal, Credit Card, Cash-on-delivery and Splitit-pay on instalments.

Everything you see in our online store is entirely handmade which means that it requires a certain amount of time to get ready as we rarely have items in stock and available for immediate shipping. We need 1-2 weeks for production. You will be able to track the shipment with the tracking information we will provide once the package is shipped.

In case you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for everything EXCEPT:

- custom made items due to their one of a kind character;

- face masks due to hygienic reasons;

You may return or exchange an order within 30 days of delivery. You also need to contact us within 30 days of delivery, after that period exchanges or returns will not be possible.

We offer two return options:

1) We offer an arranged return shipping for some destinations in Europe. We can send a courier who will pick up the package from your home or office and deliver it to us. We recommend this option because it is safe and fast. The price depends on how many items you need to return, their weight and the area from which you are sending the items back.

We're very sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective. You can make a claim for the item by contacting us at metamorphozaoffice@gmail.com.

If you are requesting a refund, note that it will be done within 20 business days after the arrival of the package. The refund will be done based on the payment method, used for placing the original order. If you used PayPal, the amount will be received there; if you used a credit card, you will receive the funds on your bank account.
